A small child presented to us with intestinal obstruction secondary to appendicular perforation. We managed it laparoscopically & luckily the child had a smooth recovery.

• Appendicular perforation can be managed laparoscopically. In fact, now a days, nearly all appendicular perforation are managed by this technique. 
  
• Extensive lavage of the peritoneal cavity is the key step.
  
• Children always have a fantastic recovery. Thank God!
